Atlantic Breeze Ocean Resort
The Atlantic Breeze Ocean Resort, located at 1321 South Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach consists of 90 oceanfront two and three-bedroom condominiums. The Atlantic Breeze, formerly known as Bahama Sands, was completed in December 2007. Strand Capital acquired the commercial units from a lender’s REO portfolio and was engaged to provide rental management and condominium sales services. All bank owned inventory was sold and an ongoing and successful rental management business was established. The rental management business was sold to Wyndham Vacation Rentals in December of 2012.
