Carolina Grande

A 118 unit timeshare resort constructed exclusively for the Bluegreen Corporation. This project features on-site parking, a sales center, and an elevated outdoor amenity and recreational sun deck located on the 6th floor providing views of the ocean as well as the Myrtle Beach skyline. This project was the 2nd Phase of the 26th Avenue PUD and provided additional public benefits to the City of Myrtle Beach including a public parking lot and additional streetscaping.
