Hilton Grand Vacations and Strand Capital Group recently announced the development of a new resort in Charleston, South Carolina. The distinctive new timeshare project combines the industry-leading sales, marketing and operational expertise of Hilton Grand Vacations with the established development strength of Strand Capital Group, the premier real estate development firm along the Carolina Coast.

The location of Liberty Place sits near the approximate location of the iconic Liberty Tree where the Declaration of Independence was first read to Charleston's citizens.

The project is the latest venture in the successful nine-year history of HGV and Strand Capital collaborations, most recently highlighted by the development of Ocean Enclave by Hilton Grand Vacations Club Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Sales of ownership interests at the new Charleston resort launch in June 2019 with projected opening early 2021.
