The tower, which opened in the summer of 2015 at North Ocean Boulevard and 22nd Avenue, is Strand's 15th high-rise project and the second project developed in collaboration with Hilton Grand Vacations. The project also holds the distinction of being the first new oceanfront resort construction in Myrtle Beach since 2008. The Ocean 22 tower is comprised of 230 luxuriously-appointed condominium style units including one-, two- and three-bedroom ocean view and oceanfront suites.
