Ocean Drive Resort

A four-phase 544 unit oceanfront resort in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach developed exclusively for Wyndham Vacation Ownership. This build to suit development for one of the largest timeshare companies in the world was created in conjunction with the City of North Myrtle Beach via a Planned Unit Development Agreement. The project with its dramatic architecture and lively colors has become an icon associated with the Ocean Drive district.
