Prince Resort At The Cherry Grove Pier
The Prince Resort is a 427-unit oceanfront condominium resort located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach featuring a fishing pier, retail outlets, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and oceanfront dining facilities. Strand Capital Group arranged the special zoning for the project with the City of North Myrtle Beach and developed the first two phases of the project. Strand Capital later sold its interest in the ongoing commercial operation along with its Phase III development rights in this multi-use project.
