The Patricia Grand
In 1998, Strand Capital orchestrated the acquisition of this premium resort property located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The The Patricia Grand originally served as the cornerstone property in the creation of the Patricia Resorts management group which formerly managed the Strand Capital portfolio of hotels and resorts. As the portfolio grew, the rental management business was rebranded as Oceana Resorts.
The Patricia Grand was constructed in 1984 and has been a family favorite in Myrtle Beach for over 30 years. In 2005, Strand converted 130 of the 304 units to condominium ownership.
