A 523-unit condominium development constructed in three phases in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The resort also features two oceanfront restaurants, over 500 feet of pool decking and water features along with full-service meeting and banquet facilities. Bay Watch Resort was developed within a Planned Unit Development Agreement (PUD) with the City of North Myrtle Beach.
