Strand Capital Group obtained a leasehold interest in this oceanfront resort as a key component of the Oceana Resorts vacation rental portfolio. The resort consists of 230 condominium units and is centrally located at 20th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach. Rental management rights were sold to Wyndham Vacation Rentals in December of 2012. .
