Coral Beach Resort
In 1998 Strand Capital structured the acquisition of this 295 suite and hotel unit property. Coral Beach Resort was named the #1 Family Beach Resort Hotel on the Grand Strand by the Travel Channel.
In 2006, Strand Capital converted the hotel units to condominium ownership. Rental management is provided by Coral Beach Resort Management, LLC.
