Strand acquired this 125-unit ocean front condo hotel in 2001. Strand continues to hold real estate in the resort while rental management rights were sold to Wyndham Vacation Rentals in December of 2012. The property is a family favorite in Myrtle Beach located at 19th Avenue South.
