Sands Resorts
In 1999 Strand Capital structured the $65 million acquisition of one of the largest resort groups on the Grand Strand comprised of over 1,600 condos and hotel rooms known as Sands Resorts. Strand then expanded the resort complex by adding a 130 unit condominium tower, a water park and a restaurant.
